Huayou Recycling’s “Two-step” global rollout strategy and global lithium-ion battery recycling solutions
Huayou Recycling is accelerating the implementation of its “Two-Step” development strategy. In the first phase, we are building a global closed-loop model featuring “regional pre-processing + hydrometallurgy in Indonesia and China.”On this basis, we will progressively advance toward independently operated “end-of-life battery-to-material” closed-loop systems in each processing region.To date, Huayou Recycling has established a comprehensive domestic recycling network covering East China, Southwest China, and Northeast China, while also building regional recycling networks across the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America.
