Huayou Recycling has developed advanced pre-treatment capabilities covering CTP, MTP and precision cell disassembly. Through AI visual recognition, non-contact laser technology and self-developed traceability systems, the company enables efficient, safe and environmentally responsible battery disassembly while maximizing material recovery value.
In collaboration with Fraunhofer IPA, Huayou Recycling jointly launched the CTP Advanced Disassembly Research Project to develop safer, efficient, safe and environmentally friendly disassembly solutions for retired batteries. With 100% safe production performance and a black mass extraction rate of up to 98.5%, our pre-treatment technologies provide a strong foundation for both hydrometallurgical and direct recycling processes.
