On March 17, Huayou Recycling’s joint venture in Japan, took part in BATTERY JAPAN 2026 in Tokyo !
At the booth, the team shared how we approach battery recycling as a full process — from end-of-life battery collection and reprocessing to higher-value applications. This included recycled metal materials as well as Huayou’s self-developed ESS products. It reflects both the maturity of China’s recycling technologies in industrial applications and ongoing product innovation.
In Japan, JOH focuses on connecting these capabilities with local market needs. Working with local partners has been key to making solutions more practical and better aligned with how the market actually operates.
For us, this participation reflects not only our technical foundation in battery recycling, but also a broader industry direction — that bringing recycling solutions into real-world application across different markets increasingly depends on combining technical capability with localized collaboration.
Going forward, we will continue to work openly with partners worldwide to support the sustainable development of the battery recycling industry.
